New phone, old apps...

Hey, so I recently put my old SD Card into a new phone that had all of my apps on it but when I up it into the new phone none of the apps are visible and I'm not sure how to delete them from the SD Card? They are taking up quite a lot of room so it would be really helpful if someone knew how to get rid of them. I have a Sony Xperia Z5. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! When you use the Move to SD feature, it only moves a portion of the app to the card, not the whole thing. So swapping that card into another phone won't make those apps appear. Is there anything else important on that card? If not, I'd just reformat it.
