New phone unable to restore Gear S2 settings

Hi,

I'm setting up my new Note 5. I backed up my Gear S2 settings from my Note 3 in the Gear Manager to my Samsung Account.

I'm trying to restore the settings to the Note 5 but Restore is grayed out and Backup says it's never been backed up. I don't want to back it up and overwrite my existing backup.

I am missing the watch faces I paid for as well. My Samsung Account is set up on both devices.

I tried the Samsung Smart Switch in desperation but the Gear isn't even listed and it's their own product!

How do I get the Note 3 backup to restore to the Note 5?

Online chat with Samsung tech support fixed this by remote control.

Good to hear, if only because we seldom see evidence of Samsung tech support doing anything useful.
