You going to a T-Mobile store to chat about eSims? They probably know less than you. Not to mention, they'll probably charge you a fee to activate it.

I decided to go with the eSim. Very easy process, got everything up and running while having my morning coffee. Thanks to everyone for the help.

That's awesome. Just read this post today. I was about to offer you a SIM card since Tmobile sent me like 14 extras whenever I just needed 3. (Total waste of their money if you ask me to be so careless like that). Glad your issue was fixed.
