Hi everyone,
I've only had my new phone for two weeks and this has been happening from the start:
So it seems to be a combination of wifi and phone incompatibility and I'm stuck. If I send the phone back to Samsung, I don't want to be charged as they might tell me it doesn't have a problem because it's working on their wifi.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I've only had my new phone for two weeks and this has been happening from the start:
- Wifi drops out on home network (vodafone wifi), it might be every 20 minutes, 10 minutes or I might use it for ages and it's fine. Multiple other devices, including Samsung tablet and Samsung older phone are fine, no connectivity problems ever over 2 years we've had this router. So I thought it was the phone (we don't have Wifi-6, I read that is a potential issue). When it drops out on my phone, other devices are still working fine.
- I've followed various advice, including samsung troubleshooting, and have now done a factory reset, but it still happens
- I have tried the phone on a different wifi network (at my work), and it's been playing youtube videos from the wifi (I turned mobile data off) for the past nearly 4 hours with no problems.
So it seems to be a combination of wifi and phone incompatibility and I'm stuck. If I send the phone back to Samsung, I don't want to be charged as they might tell me it doesn't have a problem because it's working on their wifi.
Any help would be much appreciated!
