New Sim found AT&T

Hi Guys:

I purchased a full price network unlocked Nexus 6 from T-Mobile, but use it on AT&T.

While it works very well, every now and then it comes up with a message from AT&T saying "detected new Sim, network disabled". This is usually followed by either a momentary lapse in service which lasts maybe 5 secs, or by a reboot. I called AT&T support, and they re-registered the phone on AT&T. Eventually they suggested I get a new sim card if this continues. I did that today, but just had this happen again. Anyone else experience this?

I get messages to come in an get a new SIM to get the most out of my device when I use my iPhone 6+ but have ignored it. Been using the same sim since my Moto X 2013. No reboots or anything like that. I use a Nexus 6 from google play on ATT and no issues.

Another in the growing list of reasons not to use AT&T with this phone. They are like the new Verizon. T-Mobile, forever and always here^^^^^^
