Froyo was my first time rooting. I got the stock update and loaded it, but later decided to goto superclean. when i did so, it wouldn't install initially. I cleared cache, put DL09 back on and then tried to goto superclean and it worked.

my question is when updated to a newer version of superclean, is there an easier or more direct way to do it? do i need to revert back to a stock rom (DL09, DL01)? Do i have to clear cache and lose my data? or can that be avoided?

Thanks

anytime you flash a new rom you need to clear cache and wipe data. you can minimize the ammount of time it takes to get your stuff back by using titanium back up. it will back up all your apps and app data.

thanks!

I keep hearing davlik cache in the forums...is there instruction on how to clear that as well?
