new to android hacking

hi I just rooted my htc evo. I came from a palm pre right when the evo 4g came out and I was always too afraid to hack because it was so much easier on the pre. I mean I was helping people overclock on the pre but this is much different. but GB on the evo was just so bad I had to do something. I was wondering where you should look for ROMs and info on how to install them. and since this root method just came out are ROMs going to be able to work for it?

The roothing method won't have any affect on which rom you use. Here is where 99% of the people get roms, kernels, themes, and etc.EVO 4G Android Development - xda-developers
