Hello all. I have recently purchased a pantech Crossover, and i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to add new ringtones? The ringtones that come with it are really dumb. I have a ton of mp3's i could use but i can't figure out how. i have over 150 mp3's on the SD card in the phone. I can listen to them with the music player, but can't use any of them as a ringtone... any ideas?

you want to create a directory on the sd chip called "ringtones" and move or copy your mp3 files to it. then they will show up in the list of available ringtones.

Could you please explain how to make a directory on the sd chip from the computer. Im having a hell of a time trying to figure this out myself. It seems you need java coding to do this, and I'm baffled.

Remove the uSD from the phone, install the uSD in a reader attached to your computer. You should then be able to navigate to the uSD in "My Computer" or whatever your particular computer uses. Right click on the uSD, select new then folder then name the folder Ringtones.
