New to HTC One X

I have purchased HTC one X from a third person and now it is not working fine.
I guess the guy has done some tweeks and some other things.

Please find the attachments about the phone. I have researched and tried doing something which is not working.

Will anyone of the forum members will help me out?

As I told you I am new... I don't know what happen to the system. The mobile will hang sometimes, will get over heat, will switch off suddenly...

Please help me how to go to the factory mobile.
