Well after a week or so of deliberating; I've decided to go for the Pixel 6 Pro as I've sold my Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro Max

I was sorely tempted by the S22 Ultra; but I've no need for the S-Pen and at close to £300 more expensive, what am I getting on the S22 Ultra that betters than Pixel 6 Pro for every day, real world usage etc...!

As excellent as the iPhone is, they just leave me bored! It's been a great 3 months, but I've been finding myself using my Samsung A53 5G more & more (dual SIM with my business SIM in there also) and only tended to reach for the iPhone for taking close up photos (although I have to say, the A53 5G does a very good job too) or for acting as a remote for Apple TV etc

So just ordered the 256GB black Pixel 6 Pro today via Amazon UK and I've ordered the Whitestone Dome screen protectors and a few cases (Spigen, Supcase & Caseology)

Will report back with pictures when it lands and I've got it all set up ;)

Looking forward to getting back to Android as my daily driver

Congrats. Looking forward to hearing what you think.

How exciting!:D I love this phone more and more every day. It's been absolutely fantastic for travel, with the excellent telephoto and wide angle lenses, as well as very respectable battery life.

Pixel 6 Pro landed with me today

Fitted the Whitestone Dome screen protector as soon as I removed it from the box; never used one before but it's super-easy to do and works brilliantly!

All set up as a fresh device, loaded Nova Launcher onto it and fitted it into a Sage Caseology case which feels great in the hand

Great to get back to an Android device again; looking forward to testing its photo-capabilities ;)

Beautiful! Congratulations on you brand new Pixel 6 Pro!

Good luck and hope you enjoy... Mine has been great from day 1,really enjoying my 6 pro

Welcome back to the green plains of Android! I can understand what you are saying with regards to Apple. Great products and camera, but the lack of customization keeps one bored. Let us know when your Pixel 6 Pro arrives and how you are liking it!

[Let OP share their experience , we have other threads to debate reason not going with pixel 6 pro let's stay with the topic ]

Yep still got the Teg.... Been 17 years now but may be time to let someone else enjoy her as I'm not driving as much now.....

Bloody hell; that's good going!

Mine lasted 2 years; went from fresh import to JRSC charged to OEM again in that time; fantastic car, but not one for a daily commute (well, not for me); ended up buying a 7 series & Ive been in BMWs since

I've none of any of my Honda's unfortunately; long gone due to Photobuckets crappy service and reliability...

I'm in a BMW E39 540i Sport now - Japanese import: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=47&t=1989977

Prior to that was an F01 730D and before that another BMW E39 Japanese import, a 530i Sport Touring
