New to the site and to Android, What Apps I CAN or CAN'T Remove

Just got my first Android, Finally. It's a Galaxy S4 with US Cellular. What I would like to do is to remove all of the useless pre installed apps most of them being Samsung apps. I don't want to take off any apps that would jeopardize my phone. Here is a list of the apps that I am not sure about. Can I remove them or not????
