New to V10

Ok I got my LG V10 a few days ago and I am sitting it up.I am trying to move music and movies onto my sd card. I have a data cable and it does charge but my computer does not see my phone. As soon as I plugged the phone in my computer got the drivers it needs. When I plug the usb data cable in I see the usb semble is there something in sittings I need to do?:'(

in the notification panel tap the USB icon then select File Transfer
If prompted, tap JUST ONCE or ALWAYS.
If prompted, tap USE ALWAYS.

Keep in mind that this won't work if you have LG Bridge installed.
