Should be fine. Ive not had problems with mine in a pool.

I'm not upgrading till this one dies.

I have, but the more I checked it out the more I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading. I have the S3 and the active 2. Kinda seems like I'd be wasting money getting the GW3.

Yeah my S3 works just fine, so I'm staying where I'm at

Yeah but I'm not at the point of getting a new watch yet. Plus its so damn big! I LIKE what I have, just not the BS waterproof rating. Maybe I'll upgrade for Christmas...

Well, sh**. Clicked over to the Black Friday deals at samsung and with all the discounts, I got the GW3 for $167. Giving me $200 credit for my Gear S3 pushed me over the edge, lol. Seriously? $200 credit for a.....what.... 4 yr old watch? I couldn't have blackmailed anyone for that much.

Hated giving up MST, but realistically speaking, wasn't really using it. So gaining the SP02 and EKG I think are better functions. The increase in RAM should be a snappier response as well.

Guess I'll have a couple S3 chargers to give away for cheap once the GW3 comes in.
