I am on ATT in Missouri and I have gotten 1 update, now on Sept security patch.

Hey, so I got mine yesterday in Luxembourg and I decided to test their claims. I tried to take the same pictures before and after the update. With and without HDR. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I hardly see any difference at all. These are all in indoor light condition at night (so no light leak from outside)

I haven't gotten any. I thought something was wrong( that's just one problem lol) with my second n9 because I kept seeing there should have been a Aug and Sept update and another posted showed me where attached even has the update info on their site. , but I got neither. Now I just got this one and same thing. No updates.

Yes, I’m in Texas and on AT&T and got the September security patch a few weeks ago - don’t remember exactly when, but it’s been awhile. I got the phone in late August, and if I recall correctly, I got an update (not the September one) almost immediately after activating the phone. That’s not much help, I know - maybe someone can tell you a way to check on it or force the update to download.

I've been through all of with att and Samsung. Att told me no updates have been available. Samsung told me to take it to Best buy. I did that and I was told that only one best by in Houston had the samsung service center now and it was too far for me to travel. I talked to Samsung again and they told me to send my phone in so they could update it and I said no. I have no back up phone to allow them to have my phone for weeks . No thanks.
