If it were my phone doing that, I'd do a factory reset, but this thread reads like that's a bit more than you should try doing by yourself. Take it to verizon and work with a rep. You need more hands on help than the back and forth this thread is providing.
I was hoping not to factory reset since 1 i dont know if all my stuff is backed up and 2. just dont want to have to re download everything
