I made the switch from the iPhone 7+ and i wanted to share my thoughts on my experience after 4 days, for those that may be thinking of getting the V20
The good: no lag or stutters, very smooth overall performance, better ergonomics than the iPhone, great audio quality from the headphones, charges fast, IR blaster is a nice feature to have, expandable storage, nice screen quality, better notification system than iOS, text messages through my vehicle's uconnect system are read while driving which isn't available with the iPhone, sound quality when shooting videos is amazing, better native camera app, the native phone app is smarter and more feature rich
The bad: battery life is superior on the iPhone and I can get more out of a single charge than the V20, more consistent camera experience on iPhone, V20's shots on wide angle camera don't look natural, telephoto lens on iPhone is sweet and better for me than wide angle shots, front camera is much better than V20, iOS has better messaging app and emojis (Android's/LG's emojis are terrible), iOS has much better app integration for example Instagram and Snapchat, much more premium feeling than V20 for the same price, wider range of accessories, waterproof, stereo speakers
I'll give the V20 more time but these are my initial thoughts. It's a great device, but I'm leaning more towards going back to the iPhone because I feel I'm getting more bang for my buck and a better overall user experience.
