New Verizon plan(s) information

I have a verizon smartphone under contract until June of next year. What are the advantages to waiting until the contract is up and switching to a new plan, vs changing planes now.I have only 500mb of data I need a Resource that explains, in detail, every aspect of the new Verizon plans. Thanks

It's in regards to Verizon's latest restructuring of it's data plans and elimination of contracts. Hopefully it sheds some light on the topic - I would also suggest giving Verizon a call and see if there is a better plan that suits your needs based on what you are currently using (call/text/data).

You are probably right. I was afraid that I would talk to a verizon employee who would not be as well versed on the subject. In the absence of something written, I guess I'll have to call them. Thanks for your help.
