I just ordered a new black 45mm watch from T-Mobile should be here in a few days. Giving my apple watch to my wife

Yes for me it is my apple watch is on me all the time for the 10 bucks a month it's well worth it.

You said it, the convenience is priceless (plus $400 for the watch).

It's probably a godsend if you're a lady and aren't allowed to have pockets.

For me personally the only time I'm more than 100m from my phone, i don't *want* to be reachable.

I find a cellular connection on a watch a total waste of resources. Only reason to have it would be to say I've got it.

My wife works retail as a manager and the apple watch will be perfect she is excited.

How do you like yours so far? Any major issues ?

None thus far. Battery life, three days if I would choose not to charge it daily, is on par with the Galaxy Watch. The rotating bezel has a crisp feel clicking from one detente to the next. I still use the basic dashboard display which displays sunrise/sunset, heartrate, temperature and steps that I've favored since the Gear S3 Frontier back in 2017. The Galaxy Watch 3 feels like the logical evolution of these watches.

That's great to hear thanks.

How does the size/bulkiness of the 45 mm compare with the GW 46mm? I have the GW 46mm, but have very small wrists for a man. I do have he GAW2 45mm. All are LTE. I still have the Gear S2 LTE, the Gear S3 LTE (smaller one) which I really like the size. Went with the 46mm GW to get LTE. Wondering about the 41mm GW3 LTE, but don't want a feminine look to my wrists.

The 41 is way to small in my opinion I tried the watch 3 45 on and it was just perfect.

You're welcome. I'm very pleased with it. Even my original Gear S3 Frontier LTE still looks pretty good and works as I would expect it. My brother has been using it since June on his line which is on my Verizon plan. He thought it was a novelty at first but when he forgot his phone at home he was able to call me on what was then a pressing matter he was sold on the idea.

That's a bit misleading, the battery on the watch3 with AoD off is the same as the galaxy watch with AoD ON. All things equal the ratch3 has much weaker battery life.

I've had a couple of issues which will hopefully be ironed out with updates.

The footprint is about the same, cut the watch3 is noticeably lighter and less bulky. It also looks a lot sleeker.

I actually weighed them and the watch3 is about 10 grammes lighter.

I had the active 2 and tried on both the active 2 and watch three and both seem like the same size to me and I have bigger wrists. I didn't think I would like it but glad I went and tried both on. Almost pulled the trigger for the active 2 online.

Just received my watch 3 and it was super easy to set up much easier than the active 2 was. Everything is working no issues very pleased with the watch. Took the leather band off and had a velcro band instead just like apple sport loop bands.
