New to forum and new to stupid smart phones. Just need a little help.
Metro PCS LG K20 plus. Trying to set time for voice mail to pick up.
Tried this: Dial *#61# from your phone. ...
You should see a new screen that displays a bunch of information about what's getting forwarded. ...
Now, dial **61*+11234567890*11*XX# and hit Send, where 11234567890 is the number that you found in step two and XX is the number of seconds you want to wait until voicemail picks up'
When I send *#61# I get a message that says: "Call forwarding when no reply Voice: not forwarded" Now what? What the heck does that mean? Plain, non- techno geek English please.

It looks more like an issue with your service provider, not the phone.
I totally understand your frustration, dealing with providers and their services is hell sometimes.

Have you checked if you can change the forwarding yourself via their website?
