I was sure my imei was blacklisted but a gland at this screen I'm not sure what it is or what could be wrong with my phone and why I cannot connect to any service..

Welcome to Android Central! Why do you think your IMEI is blacklisted? It wouldn't say "blacklisted" in the Settings>About Phone menu--you'd have to contact the carrier to find out, or check here: https://swappa.com/esn?ref=mobilenations&data1=UUacUvbUpU4476972

A blacklisted phone was likely stolen, or sold by someone who never paid it off. Is this a possibility with your device?
