newbie help with screen?

Hello all,

Recently I have noticed that I get a red border around my screen when trying to text, opening an app, etc. I
would guess it means that the phone is "busy" trying to load the app or program? if so what can I do to avoid this? I have had the phone since the end of December, can't recall if it started after I installed an new app or not.

You might want to go into settings developer options. You might have something checked in that area.

As mentioned it's a development thing. Go into development and uncheck the strict mode enabled option .
