Newbie...Need your help guys please

Hi guys... Im new here and new to android. I got my brothers Samsung galaxy s2. Ive been reading alot and through some research i know that its rooted and running neat rom and siyah kernel. Also through that research i found out this forum is a million times friendlier than xda. Still want to apologize cause this is probably a dumb question.
So here it is
I want to flash the latest OMNI rom 4.4 . I do know the usual guide but this said something about having the latest CWM. So could someone please help me with what i should do. Thanks in advance

ClockWorkMod (CWM) is a custom recovery. Without it, you can't flash a custom ROM. Try YouTube for videos on how to flash it, as there really is no universal way to flash recoveries.
