Newbie needs help -Driving Mode

Hi, my wife has a Note 2 and it has option for Driving mode. Does the S3 have a "Driving mode" and if so how do I set it. The phone is on ver 4.1.1

Yes it does. The only way I know of to activate it is to go into S-Voice and say "enable driving mode".
