What are they talking about here? I don't know a lot of tech stuff, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question...

This is the technology they are using for their touch screen. It allows the actual screen to be thinner by combining the touch layer and the color filter instead of having 2 different layers. At least that is what I get from the read. I'm not an expert on touch screen technology though so I may be wrong.
