MX Player has not yet been updated to run on 4.3. Check the format of the video [.mov, mpg, .avi, ETC] to make sure your player supports it. you also may need the correct codec installed to get the audio stream to play.

Ive tried a film I downloaded and their fine, its just "the wire" TV series that now doesn't work.
Any advice on what or how to get the correct codec and video player?

I tried a movie and that worked fine using the video player.
The TV series I was watching before the update is all AVI, any suggestions that I need to do such as the codecs etc? The avi files were fine till the update

Thank you for your help! up and running again. 4.3 has made my son's nex7 run like a beast again. And I was going to use this as a "reason" for picking up a nex7v2. now I need new excuse...

I dont have a *remove account* option!
And its the same in my nexus 4 and 7

Remove your gmail account and then add it again. You can do this by going to settings, accounts, select your account from the list, push the three dots in the top right corner and then select removing account. When it is done remove go to add account and then fill out your information from there.

I've been searching for the answer un many forums, but nothing seems to work on my nexus devices. (4 and 7)
My apps won't update.
I've tried clearing the cache, I even did a wipe out on my nexus 7 and now I can?t download anything.
There's no "remove account" option un either of the devices.

I don?t know what to do anymore.

I don't know much about this so I haven't rooted anything

If anyone could help would be awesome!

If you have wiped the device and still have the same problem I don't know that this wil help but you can try anyway.

ON Android 4.3

Settings> on the left side under accots tap Google> on the right sid eof the screen tap on your google account ______@gmail.com> Menu [The 3 dots in the upper right]> Remove account

reboot the device then add your google account back to the device

if the above process does not work I think a factory reset may be in order

i cant download apps on my phone sir ..My phone is O+ android 8.31z ...my notifications said it was error , can you please help me to find out how to solve this kind of problem ?? Thanks

I had this problem for a few days in my nexus 10 with Kit Kat. I fixed by uninstalling all Google play store updates, then wiping cache. The next time I ran updates, it was all business as usual. Hope this helps.
