I've been without the Nexus 10 for a week now, where can I purchase a replacement USB charger for my Nexus 10 device, Google has refused to replace it since it was damaged and Samsung doesn't carry that particular part.
If someone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
Apparently both the S3 USB charger and the Nexus 4 are compatible.

Any usb charger will work... if it fits... it'll work. Buy one at Walmart, Radio Shack, Best Buy, Target, and etc.

if you just need to the cable replaced then yeah any cable should be fine if both parts need to be replaced (usb cord and wall adapter try to find a combo that was meant for a tablet, i.e. nexus 7. the improvement there will be charge time.

Not according to Google. They specify using both OEM cable and charger. I bought a used N-10 and the cord had been lost so I used another that I bought and it has been on the charger starting at 27% and 9.5 hours later it is only at 49%....I have just learned there is also an issue with N-10 slow charging. Seems to have helped turning off wifi while charging. I was watching movies with it on the charger and went from 90 down to 27% in about 4 hours.Anyone else experience anything like this?

The N10 uses a lot of power, so it can easily use more power than it can the charging system can supply, although usually only at high CPU load. That is more common with intense gaming, not with watching video. Some cheap cables do seem to cause problems, especially if they are unusually long. Otherwise, it might be you have something (a process/service) stuck in the background that is consuming power when it shouldn't be or when you don't expect it). The only way to know for SURE is to wipe the sucker back to factory and test with few if any apps. Of course, that is a rather inconvenient test. It is possible the charger is also defective, although that seems like the least likely scenario.
