Nexus 4.. A couple of questions...

Hi
My new Nexus 4 has the low buzzing sound coming out from its top earpiece problem. I do know it's been mentioned A LOT before but I haven't found a conclusion. Is it okay to keep it if it doesn't bother me or should I send it back?

Also, since I live in a country where Google Books aren't available. Lets assume I travelled to a country that has Google Books, how does that work? Can I somehow prevent my phone from uninstalling Google Books as soon as it detects my country? Thing is, when I turned on the phone, Google Books got automatically uninstalled as soon as I connected to the Internet, however Google Keyboard wasn't uninstalled even tho it isn't available in my country (I checked on my old S3). So yea, is there a way to prevent it from being uninstalled? I'd like to be able to use it to sideload books. And yea, in case I travel to a country that has it, what happens?

Regarding the sound, if it bugs you send it back. No reason to keep a device you purchased if you feel it's defective. I'm not sure about the Google Books. But I'm going to say No, you can't prevent it from uninstalling.
