why i can't receive apk files using Bluetooth ? the rest of files ; mp3, videos, photos, etc are working. help me !

for some reason apk dont transfer properly. i tried it with android bean (nfc,transferred via bluetooth)
it transfer a dummy file. hopefully Android 4.3 fix this since 4.3 is mainly bluetooth update
