Nexus 4 Dictionary?

One feature that I do miss from IOS is the built in dictionary. Whenever I found a word on the web that I didn't know the meaning I would just highlight it and click define. Is there any way I can do this on the Nexus 4 through some sort of app? Thanks!

Merriam Webster is pretty useful as you can access it without a data connection

you can also use Google translate. when on chrome long press text which gives you copy/paste option along with that is share option.
click share-->google translate which also give u the meaning

I tend to just slide up into Google now and ask the little American lady who lives in my phone, she knows ALL the words!
