Nexus 4 fell down :(

After an year's clean use, my Nexus fell down hard from about 3 feet height. Screen or the back side hasn't cracked at all. phone seems to be working normally. Is there anything else that i need to worry about now? Invisible cracks or internal damage or something of that sort?

on.

If everything works then you are probably ok. If you are worried you can get a more protective case

I am not worried about dropping my phone again. Just need to make sure that there's nothing i need to worry about now that the phone has actually fell down. As there are no visible cracks and the phone is working fine, can i relax?
