Nexus 4 not display the IMEI

The imei on the LG Nexus 4 is located under dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p19

could you fix it..? If then how?
Please suggest me a way to fix it. I am having a same device bought from UK

I am having the same problem. No IMEI, no IMEI SV and no Baseband Version.

A bit more information I can provide is that I dropped my phone right on its back and since then it has been like this. Took it to LG Service center and they told me something's wrong with the mother board and needs to be replaced.

Any clues?
