nexus 4 time zone

Hoping someone can help with this one.

I recently travelled from Europe to USA, and the timezone auto updated as soon as I landed. However it never changed back when I returned to Europe.

I've played around with the clock's settings, but it doesn't seem possible to manually change the timezone.

Can anyone suggest a way to rectify this without restoring default settings and information from my apps?

Have you tried turning turning the phone off? Make sure use network time is checked in settings, power the thing off then power on, ensure you have a data or wifi connection.

Date/Time and time zone are set in the phone's Date & Time settings panel, not in the clock app.

It's possible that your network isn't pushing the time zone for some reason. Just untick "Automatic time zone" in the Date & Time settings and you can set it yourself.
