Nexus 4 Unlocked. Bad ESN T-Mobile.

Hi. I found a seller on craigslist that is selling a nexus 4 16 GB with a bad IMEI with t-mobile. he claims it will work with AT&T. Would it work with Simple Mobile(it's a tmobile MNVO). If not would it work at all with many GSM network besides Tmobile?

That seems fishy...sounds like it's maybe stolen & T-Mobile blocked it.

Just a heads up, T-Mobile and AT&T are sharing blocked IMEI databases. It won't work on AT&T if its blocked on T-Mobile or vice versa.

most likely its not stolen, but just has unpaid bill on it. Then it will work on Att
