nexus 4 weird

A month ago my n4's battery was completly drained . Since , when i turn it off i need to close it for minimum 30 minutes to boot it up .I cant root it or update it ! Please help me sorry for my bad english , im french

Welcome to the forums! Does the phone turn on? If it does turn on, can you use it? I'm trying to understand what you mean about not being able to update or root it - a little more information would be helpful

Have you tried factory resetting it? And yeah, why can't you update or root?

When m'y phone close , i cant reboot it when try to update or root my n4 get stuck in a bootloop (it get stuck on the google screen )

my advice would be to just factory flash 4.3
