Nexus 5 2g/3g problem

I am using nexus 5 since last 1.5 yrs. But from last 20 days my phone is not catching 3g, although airtel 3g recharge has been done. Also network dropping issue is there. I have done everything. factory reset, network reset, preferred network -3g, LTE, Flight mode on off....... but its s till 2g. though my sim is working finr in other phones, connecting to 3g and no connectivity issue. But in nexus 5 its not catching 3G. Can anybody help me in this? I am using 6.0.1 android.
