Nexus 5: Application List in settings opens randomly

For some reason, my downloaded apps list (Settings->Apps) keeps opening itself randomly. I'm running completely stock 4.4.2. I'm not sure what is causing this, since there is no specific action that forces this. It occurs while I'm in various apps and even when switching apps/opening links. Any ideas?

Does it happen after a reboot? If so, consider a cache partition wipe, following these instructions: Reset: Google Nexus 5 | T-Mobile Support. You won't lose any personal data or settings. Be aware that on the Nexus 5, this process seems to take a little longer than other devices (anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes, instead of <30 seconds that I've seen on other devices).
