Nexus 5 - Display Error

Sometimes my display becomes colorful, it happens when I leave it on for a few days...
The smartphone has fallen on the ground two times, maybe is for that?

It sure sounds like a screen issue. Make sure all of your data is synced or backed up, because you never know when the screen will just fail on you. If you bought the phone from Google Play, consider contacting them for a free replacement (Google just recently started a free one-time replacement program).
