Nexus 5 or Samsung S4

I think the battery will be no worse. It's bigger than the N4 but so is the screen. I think it will be better but time will tell.

Im in a different situation in comparison to you. I have an S4 which I could sell and then purchase a 32gb nexus 5 and still make money.

Im just waiting for a decent review to convince me the Camera/Battery are not that much worse compared to the S4. The biggest thing I would miss on the S4 is the Camera but I have high hopes for the Nexus 5.

I'm in the exact same boat. I'm really not all that impressed with my GS4 camera. It's not bad but I was happier with the camera on my OneX.
I could sell my GS4 for $400 in a minute. Probably more if I was a little patient.

thanks for all the great feedback. I have had the EVO, EVO3D(Gimmick), EVO4GLTE, HTCOne, S3 and now the S4. I liked the removable battery, but hate all the bells and whistles. I dont use any of them. Im in N5 mode now. I reached out to my Sprint rep for my pre-order today. I can always go back and forth on my phones so I stay current on the new devices
