Daughter took phone in to 3 tofay as line appeared across her screen . There saying contact lg . The phone 5 months old got screen protector on glass . Rubber case on back . She answered a text put phone down. Another txt message and lines across screen . . Got six witnesses lets see lg get out of repearing this . If putting s phone down on a table is not normal use

Depends on how hard she put the phone down. It could very well be a manufacturing defect, or it could be user error.
