What is this? and how can remove it for ever? this is from my Nexus 5 (ART)

Welcome to Android Central! Exchange Services is a system app that is needed for the stock Email app, if you use it to sync email with an exchange service. If you don't use the stock Email app (that is, if you only use Gmail), then you can just go to Settings>Apps>All, select Exchange Services, and Disable it. You can also Disable the Email app while you're at it.
