I somehow bent the Nexus 5 frame a bit and it caused the screen to break. So I'm looking for the replacement.
I know I can get it from here for $147 but since I'm from europe it would be easier and cheaper to get it from ebay (china, hong kong).
So I wanted to ask if you have any experience or advice about these parts from china (like this or this). It's nice that it's like $50 cheaper, but is it worth buying? I'm afraid it would be some crappy non original display or it would suck in some other way.
PS: Is there a difference between part's for d820 and d821? I know there are some differences in antenna frequencies. I doub't they're using different antennas or some internals. But here they say "This part is only compatible with the LG Nexus 5 D820. Please check your model before ordering. The D820 version of the Nexus 5 is for the North America and the D821 version is for the rest of the world." And it's just the screen without frame (I'd guess the motherboard would be different or something else than screen).
Does it really mean that replacement parts (I mean the whole screen+frame that I need) for d820 won't fit in my d821?
