Nexus 5 user here: How do I fix it?

I have to double tap in order for my keypad to work & I'm unable to scroll down or left/ right because that feature isn't working either?

Welcome to Android Central! Double-tap what -- each key on the keyboard? Or you have to double-tap a text field for the keyboard to show up?

Are you saying that you can't scroll up and down on anything, or only when the keyboard is present?
