When I go to specific website through my chrome browser to play a video it says ""This Plug-in is not supported?" How do I fix this problem.

When I go to the same website through my personal computer using chrome I do not have any problems viewing the video. This problem seems to be specific to using Chrome on my Nexus 5

thank you

It must be a flash issue. Chrome for Android doesn't support flash. I'm pretty sure you can use Dolphin browser. Though, it may require an extension.

Flash Player 4.x is the Android Flash Player. If your browser supports Flash and needs the plugin (some do Flash on their own), that's the one to install. The default player on most phones doesn't support Flash.
