Nexus 5 will not start - is there a way to access my photos?

Hello, my nexus 5 has stopped working and will not start at all. If I plug it to charge or into my laptop it begins to reboot over and over again, it will vibrate, display the 'google' logo for a second and then restart again and do the same thing over and over.

I've since moved on to another phone, but would like to be able to access my photos and copy them over to my laptop. Is there anyway to do that while my phone is constantly rebooting?

No, sorry, not unless you can get it to finish booting. (Which is why you should always keep at least 2 backups of every important file.)
