Nexus 6 (64 gig variant)

Was wondering what's with the lack of the 64 gig model Nexus 6 through the carriers?

I'd guess the carriers decided what they wanted to carry. They probably determined low sales for the 64GB so decided to just carry the 32B.

This has to be the reason. As with all carriers, it comes down to money

That's ridiculous. 32 gigs isn't much...but still, I wonder if I wait a couple months the 64 gig will be more readily available?
