Nexus 6 -> ATT = Bloatware?

Okay, so I picked up one of the unlocked $350.00 Nexus 6 last week and so far really impressed. My question for you all is, if I insert one of my ATT sim cards, does the ATT bloatware somehow get loaded on the device without my consent? This is my first go with an unlocked device so pardon my ignorance.
