Nexus 6 Bootanimation is still the Lollipop spinning color dots.

I just realized that my boot animation is the Lollipop spinning dots. I manually flashed an international OTA onto my AT&T N6 and I didn't get the new M boot animation.

If I can find the zip somewhere, can I use adb to side load it?

and if you boot to fastboot then run "fastboot erase oem" it'll wipe the OEM partition and the new bootanimation will show. I'm going to try it.
