That would be Jack's Music Widget. The background changes to closely match the color of the album cover although I think that's a paid feature.

Hey guys I just got my Nexus on Saturday and I was wondering what a lot of you use for your clock and weather widget? When I was on Android back in the day I used Beautiful Widgets mainly and then Zooper and BobClock but I see both of those haven't been updated for a while.

Nova launcher and use a custom folder background which is just a photo of gray wallpaper, then use the grid view and that's it.
