exactly... There was a time I didn't get any for a few weeks, then I decided to reopen the app, and while it said i didn't have any, that week I got several. So if you go a week without any, try opening the app and then soon you should get a few.

you know you don't have to answer at that exact moment. There are plenty of times I wait for a few hours, or especially the video ones, Id on't feel like watching them, so when it says to watch a video, I just hit back to get out, and get back in later...

i get them often..it works off of your gps location..if you tend to go places (grocery stores, clothing, just visit anywhere really) you will get surveys often. i just came back from vacation from cali and i got bout 9-10 surveys in less then a week. i have received about $100 of credit and i have $34 in my account now. i say that it is worth it 100%!

I have had the app for about two months, since Ingress added a store. At that time, I had ten bucks in credits left from buying a pair of Chromecasts. I spent them, and now, thanks to the app, Walmart, Kroger, Sam's Club, and a few others, I have over 40 bucks banked. I get surveys nearly every day.

I get a few a week. Mostly related to Ace Hardware. I bought a garbage can there a few weeks ago and now they come often.

It is not good for hardware. You can use it for apps or videos or music or to pay Google play music subscription.

They seemed to have dropped off for a few weeks after I got my 6P, but they've picked back up for me lately. I've had maybe 3 or 4 in the last week.

If you never leave the house of have location services off, you won't get them regularly. I often get surveys after I've been at certain stores asking how my experience was. I also got at least 15 identical surveys asking about who I was voting for.

Most of mine are location based (have you been to any of these 5 different stores). The ones I see the most are Publix, Target, and Walgreens, so I generally try to go to those about every other day since they are on my way to and from work. I get surveys almost daily. Sometimes I might go 2 or 3 days without one, but then I will get two or three surveys in 1 day. Im at $20 in Play Store credit over a 2.5 month time period. I have location services enabled and my phone is set to High Accuracy (allow GPS, WiFi, and Cellular locations). I use a Nexus 4.

I noticed I got them right away as and then stopped...until I traveled somewhere. I think once you've answered pertinent surveys about your local area it won't trigger new ones until you go somewhere new.
Example - I got maybe one a month when I'm at home. But when I travel I easily get 2-3 a day.

As others have mentioned and by Googles own admission, the surveys are completely random. However, I would generally get easily 1 per day on my previous phone and would actually get the notification when one was available. After swithing to the 6P in November, I eventually noticed that I wasn't getting any notifications about surveys. When I went to check, I discovered it was one app that I hadn't realized didn't automatically reinstall onto my new phone. Once I installed it, I still didn't seem like I was getting any surveys at the same frequency I had. When I would pull up the app, it might say there was one available for me though. I did send a feedback on the app via the Play Store asking about the notifications since they didn't seem to be showing up on my phone any longer. While I never got a direct response back, I noticed about a week later (this was probably a week to 2 weeks ago) there was an update the the Opinion Rewards app that specifically mentioned "more relialble notifications", though it didn't specifically point out that it was related to the 6P. Not sure if it was maybe something more 6.0 related or what. But now I'm getting surveys way more frequently and via the standard notifications like before........even though most of them oddly enough seem to be asking me if I plan to participate in the Iowa (where I live) caucuses......which were held over 2 weeks ago! lol But hey, if they want to keep paying me to answer the same pointless question over and over again, I'll keep taking their money!

I've noticed that if I open the app randomly looking for a survey, I will get a survey request relatively soon. I've earned $56 since 11/3/14

I get at least one survey a day. sometimes upon finishing a survey, it says there is another survey available. adds up pretty quick.
