Nexus 6p headphone jack issue

I've tried two different earbuds and a headphone. They all don't seem work(transmit audio). I removed the case to get better contact with the jack and the problem is still there. My nexus 5 works fine with every earbud I throw at it. Is this a hardware issue? I've never dropped or spilled liquid on my phone.

It definitely sounds like a hardware issue. I don't have any problems with the headphone jack on my 6P,

I've heard of issues with it being too quiet for some people but never just not working at all. Sounds like you need to RMA.
